Navarino Camping

If you want to find the beach that will make you want to stay forever, then you can visit the beach of Navarino Camping. It’s a sandy beach with blue waters and a wide shallow area that makes it ideal for small children. It has lush vegetation and lots of trees that offer natural shadow. The camping is organized and clean, with a mini market and a bar restaurant.

Meropi Island

If you want to find yourself in a Venetian landscape, then you can visit Meropi Island. It’s a small green island that hosts Venetian wall ruins of the 18th century. It’s really worth a visit, not only for its monuments, but for its lush vegetation and the deep blue waters that make you realize that heaven is a place on earth. 

Marathi

If you want to never get out of the water, then you have to go to Marathi Beach. It consists of two beaches, small and big Marathi, both beautiful with blue waters and soft sand. Make sure to have all you need with you, since there’s nothing to be found on the beach. Each summer, a youth festival is organized that will refresh you, as much as the beach itself.

Koroni

If all you need is a quick swim, then you can just visit the beach of Koroni. It’s located at the end of the port and it has blue fresh waters, which are also ideal for children. It’s optimal for those moments that you need to be refreshed, but you don’t want to lay under the sun. It’s for those moments that you’d rather be in a café or a restaurant and gaze at the scenery.

Kolonides

If you want to come across a "secret" beach that’s everybody’s favorite, then the beach of Kolonides is calling for you. It’s known for its real blue waters that softly touch the golden sand, as well as the beautiful greenery that surrounds it. If luck is on your side, you can enjoy it all by yourself. It’s not considered to be that popular, so it could very well be your secret holiday spot, right on the spot. 

Kastro - Koroni

If you want to dive into history, then you can enjoy the waters and the landscape of the castle of Koroni. The waters are transparent and calm, since the bay is protected from bad weather. The beach is not organized and there’s no shadow available, but you get the exceptional opportunity to swim in the shadow of the tall walls of the ruins. It’s medievally amazing!

Kalogria

If you want to discover the most cosmopolitan beach of Mani, then Kalogria Beach is where you need to go. The beach has white sand and the springs of Mount Taygetus constantly refresh its light blue waters. There are water sports available and you can also rent a paddle boat or a canoe. If you stay until sunset, you’ll get the chance to watch the sea turning orange and maybe an evening cocktail, if you feel like it.

Kalamaki

If you want to appreciate the extreme calmness that a day at the beach can offer, then Kalamaki Beach is the best you can get. It’s a small beach with thin pebbles and rich sand, while the sea is clear and blue. Don’t forget to take to take some supplies with you, since the beach is not organized and that’s exactly what makes it so precious.

Gialova

If you want to swim in a picturesque landscape, then Gialova is picture perfect. It’s at the bay of Navarino and you will love it for its peaceful scenery and its romantic sunset. Gialova is the ideal destination for families with children, even for a weekend away, because it fills you up with energy right away.

Easy to access by car; a few kilometers outside Pylos and 50 kilometers from Kalamata

Elea

If you want to dive into the smell of pine trees, then the beach of Elea will become your favorite. It has crystal clear waters and it’s in a protected area, because sea turtles lay their eggs along the coast. You can also find a beach bar and a small taverna that will give you some extra gusto.
